A final inspection was made on July 23, 1981, but a Certificate of Occupancy was never issued because an Underwriters Certificate was never received. In order to complete this file, it is necessary that a Certificate of Occupancy be issued. Please return a check in the amount of $25.00 payable to the "Town Of Southold", along with a copy of your Underwriters Certificate. Occupancy or use is unlawful without a Certificate of Occupancy.
