Pursuant to the Town of Southold �(Town) Request for Proposal (RFP)' dated N1anoh 2020' H280 architects +
engineers (H2K8) is pleased to submit herein our proposal to provide environmental services relative to
groundwater and 8ee sempfin8, analysis and aaocmia&ad mepodimg for the Southold Landfi0.
H2K8 has reviewed the HFP, contract requirements, groundwater and gas well locations maps, and the Landfill
Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan (QAPp). All work performed by H2PN under this contract shall' be
performed in accordance with the specified requirements. H2PW has prior experience and is familiar with the
Southold Landfill, program requirenmente, and Town and NYSDECpanoonnmi H21Mconducted the monitoring
program mtthe Town ofSouthold Landfill from 2O05tu2O11.
H2M's team of environmental engineers and scientists have extensive experience in the field of integrated solid
waste planning and waste disposal facility management. H2k8^mteem provides the following services as related
toaokidwaste/landfill management:
• Leachate Monitoring and Control = Landfill Evaluation and Management
