Pietrodsngelo. 9he sight (8) parking areas and the area between them, ~th exception of a portion of the existing driveway, are all within a grsssed area. Tae o~ers apparently intended to use the grass areas for parking. Z advised Y~. Pietrodangelo that in time the areas would not be useab~e in wet weather, frost cmning out of the ground, etc. I would recommend that the topsoml be removed mm .~e above-mentmoned area~ with exception of the last 25 ft. of the driveways replaced v~_thbamkrun~ as necessary~ and surfaced v~th a course of one (l") inch of stoneblend. The existing driveway apoears to be s~bilized. Do not see any drainage problem at present, however, it might be necessary to install a leaching catch basin, say in the center of the overall parking area.
