This application must be filled in typewriter OR ink, and submitted in duplicate to the Building Inspec- tor with the following; for new buildings or new use: 1. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Final approval of Health Dept, of water supply and sewerage disposal-(S-9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installa- tions, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building, 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non-conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses: 1. Applicant iproposes to construct a new dwelling and without approval of access cannot obtain a ibuilding permit for same. It is the opinion of this board that ithe provide road is suitable and adequate for ac- cessibility for ifire, police and other emergency vehicles as well as private vehicles. The road has a stone base to a width of approximately 14 feet. It is also the consensus of the Planning Board at a special meeting held on October 30, 1981 that they agree the acces~ is rough-graded and suitable for emergency vehicles. In considering this appeal, the Board determines that the variance request is not substantial; that the circumstances here- in are unique; that by allowing the variance no substanial detri- ment to ad]o~n~qg properties would be created; that the d~ff~culty cannot be obviated by a method, feasible to appellant, other than a variance; that no adverse effects will be produced on available governmental facilities of any increased population; that the irelief requested will be in harmony with and promote the general purposes of zoning; and that the interests of justice will be .served by allowing the variance.
