At your earliest convenience but no later than Wednesday, November 2nd please submit four sets of revised plans and email me the details of dimensions and/or height of proposed not currently on the plans/project description. • Will there be any kind of pool patio and will it be on-grade or raised? If yes, please have that added to the project plans and email me the dimension/type (stone, brick, wood). This Board requires permits for all proposed structures. • Please depict the proposed pool enclosure fencing and proposed height on the plans. • Please depict a drywell for pool backwash on the plans. • Please depict the pool equipment area on the plans. • The project plans were briefly reviewed by the Board. Given that the proposed is right at the 100ft. line the Board is requesting that the most seaward edge(s) of the proposed deck/porch be staked out for the field inspection so the Board can measure to ensure that the project is outside Trustee Jurisdiction. Currently this application is tentatively slated for our November 16, 2022 public hearing date. If the information requested above is submitted then the field inspection for the pool will be on Wednesday, November 9, 2022. Please have the pool (and pool patio if one) staked out for the field inspections that day. Please be advised that if it is not staked out, the application will most likely be postponed to December. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
