I will be forwarding Code changes to you on behalf of the Trustees later this week. A couple of things: 1. The TB purchased underwater lands in Gull Pond from the County some years ago. The check was cashed by the County, but the transfer was never recorded. Similarly,James Creek underwater lands were transferred from the County to the Town, but the Town is still not the listed owner. The Trustees would like the be advised as to the status of the transfers. Liz Cantrell has specifics about the dates if you need more info. 1. More immediately, the BRUNO AND OLIVIA ANNICQ application, on for public hearing tomorrow, requires consent of the TB to rebuild a bulkhead partially on Town owned property. The agent(Bergen)has indicated the TB was inclined to approve the work. Could you confirm that the TB would not be opposed to work on this publicly held property so that the Trustees can move forward on the application? Thank you!
