Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal-(S.9 form or equal). 3.Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Raymond and Anna Ciacia Dear Mr. Fisher: I represent Raymond and Anna Ciacia of Kerwin Blvd., Southold, New York. They have asked me to determine whether it would be possible lo place a honse on a lot containing approx- imately 1, 500 sq. ft. I have enclosed a sketch of the several lots involved. Mr. and Mrs. Ciacia wish to move their house from lot 158 a distance of approximately 40 ft. to a point on lots 159 and 160 as shown on tie sketch. You will note tiat the front yard clearance has previously been established at 10 ft. We anticipate that the house will have right side yard clearance of 20 fi, left side yard clearance of 40 ft and rear yard clearance of 105 ft. The said lots are zoned C for commercial and as you have pointed out would require Planning Board approval as well. On ihs basis of the sketch and upon the basis of our prior discussion I would appreciate it if you would make a decision whether the placement of the house as proposed on a lot of insufficient area can be made.
