General Items:
● Due to a lack of a Quorum it was just an informational meeting
Policy manual update
1. Police commissioner Sarah Nappa gave an update on the policy manual . At the
town board will be going through the policy manual by section by section
Update on training
2. Mr. North gave an update in regards to the commissioners training report they
received from the chief. The plan is to sit down with the town board and a workshop
session
Complaint and complementary
3. Mr. Slattery gives an update on the complaint process The update is on the appeal
process when it comes to a complaint.
Unfinished Business
● Jack will take back to the police advisory committee and changes to the appeal
process
● Mr. North will schedule a workshop meeting with the Town board/commissioners in
regards to training report
● Nappa we’ll discuss with the whole town board in regards to the police policy
manual on how they want to attack it . And also give the town board an update on
training report
