The Board of Trustees reviewed your request to remove three (3) trees that are rotted and have damage, which trees are located within 100' of the wetlands, as reviewed and seen by Trustee A. Nicholas Krupski. The Board of Trustees determined that these three (3) trees may be removed and that the limb of the tree next to house can be trimmed. The Board is requesting the removed trees to be replaced with two (2) native hardwood trees. No permit will be required in order to perform this work. Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not a determination from any other agency.
