This application must be filled in typewriter OR ink, and submitted in duplicate to the Building Inspec- tor with the following; for new buildings or new use: 1. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal-(S-9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installa- tions, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. Y. 11971 RE: Request for Relief - Seasonal Home Conversion - Former Auber Residence, West Shore Drive, Southold, N.Y.11971 Dear Mr. Lekich: Mr. & Mrs. Joseph Miller, recent purchasers of the former Auber Residence, West Shore Drive (Reydon Shores), Southold, New York 11971, have asked that this office petition the Board for relief in the proposed conversion of this seasonal home into an all year-round Residence. Ceiling height is 7'2" throughout the existing redwood Residence. It is desired to make the present open 12' x 20' Porch into a new Bedroom with a finished ceiling of 7'2", the same height as the remainder of the finished ceilings of this Residence. Relief is requested so that this Residence may be converted into all year-round use so that the Millers may become full time residents of Southold Town. Thank you.
