ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying
and being in the Town Of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New
York, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument 532.26 ~ee~ northerly from the
northerly line of North Bayview Road, said bounda~, line being
also the westerly line of a thirty foot right of way over said
land of Schumacher, said point of beginning being the northeasterly
corner of ].and of Driskell; from said 9oint of beginning running thence
along said land of Driskell, north 73 degrees 01 minutes 10 seconds
west 148.84 feet to the easterly line of a twenty foot right of way;
thence along said easterly line north 17 degrees 34 minutes 30 seconds
e~st 98.08 feet to the southerly line of a thirty foot right of way;
thence along said southerly line, south 72 degrees 25 minutes 30
seconds east 149.00 feet to said land of Schumacher and said westerly
line of said thirty foot right of way;
thence along said land of Schumacher
being also along said westerly line, south 17 degrees 40 minutes 30
seconds west 96.53 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest to a right of way
thirty feet in width over said land of Schumacher and adjoining westerly
boundary thereof from North Bayview Road northerly about 1620 feet to
a dredged canal leading to Goose Creek.
ALSO TOGETHER with all th~ right, title and interest to a right of
way thirty feet in width from the northeasterly qorner of the premises
westerly about 169 feet; thence northerly about 790 feet and then easterly

beginning about 35 feet southerly from said dredged canal along the
easterly line of said thirty foot right of way hereinbefore described
and running northeasterly about 1400 feet to North Road to Bayview.

INSTRUCTIONS
a. This application must be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink and submitted in triplicate to the Building
Inspector, with 3 sets of plans, accurate plot plan to scale. Fee according to schedule.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets
or areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this appli-
cation·
c The work covered by tins application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upo.n approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such permit
shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.
APPLICATION IS HEREBY MADE to the Building Department for the issuance of a Building Permit pursuant to the
Building Zone Ordinance of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, and other applicable Laws, Ordinances or
Regulations, for the construction of buildings, additions or alterations, or for removal or demolition, as herein described.
The applicant agrees to comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, building code, housing code, and regulations, and to
admit authorized inspectors on premises and in buildings for necessary/in~ections.
