It is necessary to have a final inspection in order to get your Certificate of Occupancy and an Underwriters Certificate is needed for any electrical work. On May l, 1989 we received your check for $10.00 and an application for a C.O. which we could not process until you scheduled for your final inspection. I am returning your check which is outdated, and the fee is $25.00. Please contact our office so that this matter can be cleared up.
