Teich: On June 17, 198B, we received an application from Mrs. Kelsch to construct a one-family dwelling on premises located on Wendy Drive, Laurel, (County Tax # 1000-127-08-019). The application, plans~ and required permits from other agencies involved have been reviewed and found to be in order. Due to the back log of building permit appliations, we were unable to issue a permit when applied for, however, a verbal approval was given to start construction.
