The reason it is void is that the tax number is wrong and the deck has no building permit nor does it conform to zoning requirement In addition the addition and deck on Building Permit #11840Z does not have a Certificate of Occupancy and the build- ing permit has expired. According to Article XXVlII Chapter 100-281 and 100-284 a building permit is needed for construction and a Certifcate of Occupancy is needed before an addition, deck and swimming pool can be used. In order to avoid legal action you must contact this of- fice to resolve the violations immediately. Thank you for your cooperation in resolving this matter.
