Read the Instruction Manual and study the Illustrations Carefully. Note the location of the parts and how they are positioned and fastened. Remove the parts and lay them out in Similar Groups with the Part Numbers Facing Up; this will help you become famihar with most of the parts on sight. 2. CHECK THAT YOU HAVE ALL PARTS, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ASSEMBLE YOUR BUILDING IF PARTS ARE MISSING! The parts Catalog and Check List is located on the following page, plus a Pictorial Diagram. Before beginning construction, prepare a s~te for your building. Choqse an area that is firm and level, yet allows - water to flow away from the building (SEE anchoring procedure PAGE 3,) 5. The following items will be needed for preparing a foundation: measmieg tape, hammer, saw, nails, level, wooden stakes, string, lumber and shovel. Position FLOOR FRAMES and fasten at each corner using 2 assembly screws. 3o Before proceeding be sure the foundation frame is perfectly "SOUARE" at each corner and properly posihoned on your building site. LEVEL FRAMES WITH CARPENTER'S LEVEL IMPOfiTANT TYPICAL CORNER PANEL & WALL CHANNEL ASSEMBLY 1. Install the 4 CORNER PANELS, using 2 assembly screws w~th plastic washers at the bottom of each panel. PANELS ARE INTERCHANGEABLE. NOTE !hat widest side faa;es ~tDE of budding. 2. Fasten 2 SIDE and I REAR WALL CHANNEL using two assembly screws and washers in each corner. TO use washers {supphed in flat, pupched plastic sheets simply place the entire sheet dqwn, allgr~ a washer with a ho e n the panel, insert screw end tighten firmly end squarely aga*nst the washer and the panel. Then pull sheet away. OPTIONAL ASSEMBLY 1. If Carton 2 contams 2 Side Wall Angles Part. No. 0556. proceed to STEP 4. 2. If Carton 2 contains 2 Side Wall Angles part No. 0287 and 2 additional Side Wall Channels part No. 0058, positron side wall angle on side wall channel, align holes, and fasten from each end with a screw.
