Dear Mr. Ciampa:
With regard to your letter dated August 12, 2022, along with photograph
requesting to trim the tree located in your yard which abuts the wetlands, and
which tree was seen by Trustee A. Nicholas Krupski on August 29, 2022, the
Board of Trustees determined that the tree may be trimmed.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this
office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
