Dear Ms.Cannon:
With regard to your letter dated September 15, 2022, along with photograph
requesting to trim the two (2) large oak trees located in your yard which abuts the
wetlands, and which trees were seen by Trustee Liz Gillooly on September 23,
2022, the Board of Trustees determined that these two (2) trees may be trimmed
for the purposes of risk reduction.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this
office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
If you have any questions, please call our office at (631) 765-1892.
