Dear Ms. Cannon:
With regard to your,letter dated September 22, 2022, requesting to trim one (1)
large oak tree located in your yard which abuts the wetlands, and which tree was
seen by Trustee Liz Gillooly on September 23, 2022, the Board of Trustees
determined that this tree may be trimmed for the purposes of risk reduction but
that all other vegetation is not to be disturbed.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this
office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
