This application must be filled in typewriter OR ink, and submitted in duplicate to the Building Inspec- tor with the following; for new buildings or new use: 1. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic featu res. 2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal-(S-9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installa- tions, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Marion Lane is 20 ft.v_ in ~idth and consdsts of Well stabilized medium size and fine gravel. Marion Road varies from 9 ft. ~of4 ft. in ~d~ with the s~ne kind of material.~ these private roads are in acceptable condition fc~ ~ergenc~ vehicles. ~he owner of Lot M3 (Washburn Minor ~136) showed me concrete markers, one at the end of Marion Place and one at his south property line, denoting th~ c~ter line of a 15 ft. R.O.W. going through his property to Lot M2 in the saue subdivision. ~his R.O.W. i's in a well kept fairly level law area with no a~par~ent drainage problem. Reco~uendations for extending Marion Place %~ Lot M2: 1. Road width 15 ft. 2. Remove topsoil and loam for a depth of 12". Se Replace the topsoil and loam excavation with 12" of campacted medium size and fine gravel as used in the other t~ private roads. It may be necessary to place a thin layer of loam on the gravel surf~e to prevent raveling.
