It is understood that the rights herein granted in and to the said Reeve-Hollister right of way shall not include any rights over the said right of way extending south of the intersection of said right of way with the southerly line of said east and west right of way, that is, that part of said Reeve-Hollister right of way running from the southerly side of said east and west right of way to the Bay.
