This application must be filled in typewriter OR ink, and submitted in duplicate to the Building Inspec- tor with the following; for new buildings or new use: 1. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal--(S-9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installa~ tions, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. B. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non-conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing"_ land uses: I. Accurate survey of peoperty showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Michaels 3570 Minnehaha Boulevard Southold, NY 11971 Re: Appeal No. 2974 Dear Mrs. Michaels: This letter will confirm that the following action was taken at a Regular Meeting of the Board of Appeals held last Friday, May 7, 1982 concerning your appeal application: RESOLVED, that the application of Lucy E. Michaels for permission to construct accessory storage building in the side yard area as applied for in Appeal No. 2974 be and hereby IS GRANTED, SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: (1) That the accessory storage building be constructed not closer than 55 feet from the front property line; (2) That the accessory storage building be constructed not closer than five feet from the east side property line. This resolution was unanimously adopted. An official determination and findings will be filed with the office of the Town Clerk in the near future and simultane- ously forwarded to you for your records. The premises in question has approximately 60' road ~"ontage and an average depth of approximately 134 feet. Existing on the premises is private one-family dwelling. The entire length ~f the water-lying edge of this property is a functional bulkhea~ .,_n very good condition. Upon inspection of the adjoining propertie~, .he board finds that 'the property directly to the east has con-- ~;tructed thereon a similar type of structure opposite the requested ;locationo The board agrees with the reasoning of applicants.
