Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal--(S-9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. The premises in question has constructed %hereon a private one-family one-story frame dwelling and the accessory i~lilding in question. The driveway to th~' subject dwelling runs ~,~nerally along the north side of the accessory building. The area a~ong the southerly property line is wooded. It is the opinion of board that the project proposed is reasonable under the circum- ~,~ances, however there should be a setback from the southeast side [.?operty line no closer than feet feet. In considering this appeal, the board determines that the v~riance request is not substantial in relation to the code require- m~nts; that the circumstances herein are unique; that by allowing the variance no substantial detriment to adjoining properties would ]~,~ created; that the difficulty cannot be obviated by a method, [,,asible to appellant(s), other than a variance; that no adverse c~ fects will be produced on available governmental facilities of . ~y increased population; that the relief requested will be in har- mony with and promote the general purposes of zoning; and that the interests of justice will be se.cved by allowing the variance as ,4~plied for and as specified below.
