Bolsch, approval of access to Lot $2 of the Andrew Hahn minor subdivision subject to the condition that the road meet with the approval of the Building Inspector. On Friday, March 31, 1978, Building Inspector Edward Hindermann made an inspection of the subject premises. The Board finds that strict application of the Ordinance would produce practical difficulties or unnecessary harship; the hardship created is unique{and would not be shared by all properties alikei in the immediate vicinity of this property and in the same use district; and the variance will not change the character of the!neighborhood, and will observe the spirit of the Ordinance.
