Instructions
A. This application must be fitled in typewriter OR ink, and submitted in duplicate to the Building Inspec-
tor with the following; for new buildings or new use:
1. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual
natural or topographic features.
2. Final approva~ of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal-(S-9 form or equal}.
3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters.
4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installa-
tions, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building.
5. Submit Planning Board approva] of completed site p(an requirements where applicable.
B. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non-conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing"
land uses:
1. Accurate survey of peoperty showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or
topographic features.
2. Sworn statement of owner or previous owner as to use, occupancy and condition of buildings.
3. Cate of any housing code or safety inspection of buildings or premises, or other pertinent informa-
tion required to prepare a certificate.

c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Penuit.

ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
By this appeal, appellants seek permission to ierect an
entrance gate with fence approximately 18 feet fro~ the Main
Road and with a height of approximately 18 feet. The premises
in question contains an area of approximately 27 a~res with
382.35 feet fronting the Main Road. It is the con~ensus of
the Board that the structure as proposed and shown ~on the
plans submitted with the appeal application will e~hance the
entire area. I
In considering this appeal, the Board determines that the
variance request is not substantial; that the cirqumstances
herein are unique and the practical difficulties have been shown;
that by allowing the variance no substantial detriment to adjoin-
ing properties would be created; that the difficulty cannot be
obviated by a method, feasible to appellant, other ithan a variance;
that no adverse effects will be produced on available governmental
facilities of any increased population; that Lhe ~elief requested
will be in harmony with and promote the general purposes of the
zoning code; and that the interests of justice wi%l be served by
allowing the variance.
On motion by Mr. Grigonis, seconded by Mr. Go,bringer, it
RESOLVED, that the relief applied for in Appeal No. 2892,
application of Peter and Patricia Lenz be ~ranted, ISUBJECT TO
REFERRAL TO THE SUFFOLK COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION:PURSUANT TO
