McGowan, B.P. #1~533Z Dear Mr. Gunther: In receipt of your letter dated February 16, 1982, relative to this permit: This does not cover the energy requirements as we would like to have them. The sun room has a lot of glass and this addition would not conform to the Energy Code. Therefore, please calculate the entire building with the additions for compliance to the Energy Code under Section E 402 and Table 4-1 and submit calculations for our file. Architectural plans ~l ~nd~2, dated Dec. lC, 1981, which I prepared, had been reviewed by you and Approved as ~oted on Jan. 6, 1982. Permit ~11533Z was assigned. The additional construction will conform to the requirements of the ~ew York State Energy Conservation Construction Code.
