STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practicaldifficultiesorunneces- sary HARDSHIPbecausel The private road is used daily by several other familys who live on it or further in than the lots in question~ the road is in passable and usable condition and will be adequate for the purpose of access. 2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in this use district because~ This is one of the old "family type" access roads that have been used for many ~any years by residents and property owners of the area. 3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT becauseI The lots will be used /'or one _f"amil~r residences and the road use will be the same as it is at present.
