THE SPECIAL EXCEPTION IS REQUESTED BECAUSE I I need a screened porch oa
my ex1sting dwelling, located on the west 8ide or Broadwaters Road
in the Mason development, East Cutchogue.
The house was built prior
to the zoning ord1nance and is set cl08e to my west property line.
I am requesting a spec1al exception to reduce my easterly side
front yard by 10 ft to install the screened porch. this will leave me
a 2Stt fronT yard on thil dead end Itreet.
The house i8 set far enough
back trom Mason Drive 10 that there will be no interferance with vision
at the corner, and w'll not create any hazard or harm to the neighborhood.
