REASON FOR APPEAL Continued
1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce procticol difficulties or unneces-
sary HARDSHIP because: I have been to the planning Board and have discussed
a preliminary layout for the development of this tract of land. They
have given tentative aprroval of the installation of this private road,
which is 5'0 ft wide and has bRen graded and improved with gravel. It
is in good condition and suitable for access of any type of vehicle
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by a/l properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this property and in this use district because: This is a new development
which is in the process of development.

3. The Variance would observe the spirit af the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because: This is a residential area and a home
that I propose to bund will be an asset to the neighborhood and a
credit to the Town and will in no way harm or change the charicter
of the district.
