c. The work covered by this application may not be com menced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue 0 Building Permit to the applicant. Such
permit shall be kept on the premises available for inspecti on throughout the progress of the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in pa rt for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.

MR. LEVINE: J. measured the s:ign at the time 1t was
erected and I think 1t ':'las GIt by 12 ft.. Maybe with the

MR. ROSENBERG: I atnllUre you are aware that the sign you
have up now has been in v:iolat1on for about a year. You 'lot

received an action of said for one year. I would Uke to have
it definitely stated that the sign will be 615 by 12 ft. wh1ch
