1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP because
This lot is located on a curve in the public highway _ Wells Road-
and it is impractical to divide the property mn this curve in any
other manner so as to get a rea,sonable divis:l,on .of.. the,. property in relation

2. The hardship creoted is UNIQUE and is not shared by
vicinity o{ this- prope'rty and in this use district because' :
in the Highway and would affect this and
all properties olike in the immediate
this is the 'inside of the curve

3. The Varionce would observe the spirit of the Ordinance 'a'nd 'WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because: The lot in question is near a filed subdiv!i.e
ision of 50 ft lots, the lot in question mas the required frontage but
due to it's shape lacks some area. the proposed dwelling will keep
the required sidelines and setback so it will not harm the charicter
and development of the area.
