THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION NO. 322 OF 2003
WAS ADOPTED AT THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD
ON MAY 20, 2003:
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby adopts the following as a
TOWN POLICY on Waiver of Fees:
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby determines that fees
charged by the Town~ including but not limited to the Plannin~ Board~ Zoning Board of
Appeals~ Town Clerk, Board of Trustees and the Solid Waste Manao. ement District, shall
not be waived for any special district, not-for-profit organization or public entiW, w/th the
sole exception being that fees may be waived for projects involving municipal clean-ups.
