THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS
ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD
HELD ON FEBRUARY 29. 2000:
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby determines
that requests for the refund of fees in amounts less than or equal to
$100.00 and previously collected by the Southold Town Clerk, shall not be
brought before the Town Board for action; rather, said refund requests are
to be reviewed by the Town Clerk, who shall determine if said request is
reasonable and approve same for refund by the Accounting & Finance
~.Department; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town Board hereby adopts the foregoing
resolution as a Town Policy.
