THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD, AT A REGULAR MEETING
HELD ON FEBRUARY 24, 1994, ADOPTED A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FOI r OW£NG
PO L ICY:
POLICY WITH RESPECT TO DOMICILE IN THE TOWN OF SOUTHOLD
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Southold considers it in the best
interests, economic and otherwise, of both the Town and its employees,
for the employees of the Town of Sou~hold (o live within said township;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED that henceforth any employee hired by the Town of Southold
who is not at the time of employment a re~,iden~ ,"ff ~he Town of Southo~d,
is encouraged to establish his/her domicile in the Town of Southold within
sixty (60) days, and that, as a condition of employment, said employee
should maintain his/her domicile in the Town of Southold for the period of
his/her employment.
