AT A REGULAR MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 24. 1994, ADOPTED A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FOLLOWING PO LI CY: POLICY ON DISCUSSIONS II~ITH OTHER BOARDS OF THE TOWN RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby establishes the policy that the Town Board wilt not discuss matters which are properly in the province or the discretion of the Planning Board, Board of Appeals, or Town Trustees concerning applications pending before those boards, or with any individuals or groups with applications pending before those boards, unless the Supervisor shall decide, after conguiting with the Town Attorney, and the applicable board, that special circumstances exist which justify a waiver of this policy.
