SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD AT A REGULAR MEETING HEI n ON APRIL 19, 1994:
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southotd hereby reaffirms
the following policy:
POLICY WITH RESPECT TO BID SPECIFICATIONS
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southoid hereby authorizes
the Town Clerk to issue, free of charge, plans and specifications for bids,
upon the request of Dodge Reports, Melville, New York, and Brown's
Letters, Babylon, New York, or any other interested bid service, and to.
mail same if requested.
