1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP because
I must have a sign on the west side of my store to locate it for
people coming from the west. This you have verbally given me.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shored by all properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this property and in this use district because I would ,like to put the sign
1/2 foot from the sidewalk instead of the 5 foot as requested in the
law.

3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because there is absolutely no travel on the

walk would cut down the size of the 'parking field to a great extent
