1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP because
the home was originally constructed as a summer residence and is
now being remodeled to be a year-round home. The home is so
constructed that. w,ithout:the addition ori: the .f:nm,t the.' complete
layout of the house would not be suitable for a year~round home;
2. The hardshil? cr~ated is UNIQUE and is not s~o",d by all properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this'~roperty :and in this use district be2au~e' the home is the only building
on this street and the owner owns the land to the west on which no
future construction is planned.

3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because Same reasoning as 2. The home is

present construction and has been listed as an exception in
