REASON FOR APPEAL Continued
1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce proctical difficulties or unneces-

will offset the 2 ft. additional (or less) sideyard distance asked
for in this appeal.

CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because owner of the lot on the south side of
applicants 10t has set his house 15 ft. from line instead of the
~equired 10 ft. and therefore leaves 23 ft. between homes instead of
the possible 20 ft~
