c. The work covered by this application may not be com menced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue 0 Building Permit to the applicant. Such

On behalf of Mr. Frederick Bernhardt, I wish to thank
you for the courtesies extended in allowing Mr. Bernhardt
to informally present his position concerning the sign
on the south side of Route 25 in Laurel. Although
Mr. Bernhardt believes this situation was originally
caused by an unintentional oversight, he, of course, will
abide by your decision.
He appreciates the cooperation he received from the
officials of the Town, and to demonstrate his good faith,
arrangements are being made for the removal of the sign.
