The 1959 survey does no,,-indicate bulkheading on lot 102 which I assume i ere your house is located. 4. Survey 1976 only indicate a portion of bulkheading on lot 102. The survey submitted and dated 10/27/9 indicates a bulkhead in lot 102. When was this structure epyr�tructed? If is was after 8/77, then a permit is required. I have enclosed a permit application for your use. In addition, please state what the dimensions of the extension will be and draw a plan to scale based on the survey which does JI not show surveyors name.
