Inspection--Rough Plumbing
On March 31, 2022, I inspected the as-built conditions for the alterations at the rioted
location. The alterations included the first floor bathroom/laundry room and the basement
renovation. The inspection covered the interior plumbing roughing for the Drainage
Waste and Vent System (DWV) and the Water Supply System (WS). The inspection
results are:
1 —DWV—System was partially exposed and readily viewed. I observed the drainage
and vent lines. System constructed as required.New installation is connected to the
existing system. All construction was done in compliance with the applicable sections of
the IRC,NYS and Town of Southold Building Codes.
2—WS—System was partially exposed and readily viewed. I observed the hot and cold
water supply lines. System constructed as required. All construction was done in
compliance with the applicable sections of the IRC,NYS and Town of Southold Building
Codes.
Result—Based upon inspection of this project and to the best of my knowledge,belief
and professional judgment, construction as installed complies with the plans and
applicable codes of the IRC,NYS and Southold Town Building Codes. o NEW

Inspection—Insulation
On March 31, 2022, I inspected the as-built conditions for the alterations at the noted
location. The alterations included the first floor bathroom/laundry room and the basement
renovation. The inspection included the insulation and caulking installed at the noted
location. The inspection covered the first floor exterior walls, basement alteration walls
and ceiling. The inspection results are:
1 —Exterior Walls—Insulation installed in preexisting door opening and existing wall
cavity. The insulation was rated as R-19 and filled the existing cavity to 100%. The
insulation provided was done in compliance with the applicable sections of the IRC,NYS
and Southold Town Building Codes
2—Basement Walls—Insulation installed is rated as R-13. The insulation provided was
done in compliance with the applicable sections of the IRC,NYS and Southold Town
Building Codes.
3 —Basement Ceiling—Insulation installed is rated as R-30. The insulation provided was
done in compliance with the applicable sections of the IRC,NYS and Southold Town
Building Codes.
Result- The insulation and caulking installation as verified by the site inspection on
