The Planning Board establishes itself as lead agency, and as lead agency, makes a determination of non-significance and grants a Negative Declaration; and be it FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Planning Board grant sketch plan approval on the maps dated May 17, 2002. Sketch plan approval is conditional upon the submission of final maps within six months of the date of sketch plan approval, unless an extension of time is requested by the applicant, and granted by the Planning Board. The final maps, six (6) paper prints and two (2) mylars, must contain a current stamp of Health Department approval and must be submitted before a final public hearing will be set.
