Please see attsched sketch. (Continue on other side) REASON FOR APPEAL Continued 1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces- sa~ HARDSHIP because the ordinance requires that a swimming pool be located in the back yard and the~e is virtually no space available for it there. My driveway and front door are actually in what the Zoning Laws consider my back yard. What I consider my back yard is technically my front yard and I would not want it there anyhow. 2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by oil properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in this use district because there are two neerby houses but each of the-thr~e fae~ediffer~tl~r'~ a~= h~s~ ~fferent Situation. 3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because thereis simply no other place I can locate this swimming pool except the easterly side yard or the front yard.
