1 STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce procticol difficultie,s or unneces-
sary HARDSHIP because her husband passed away after purchasing the lot and
she has moved to Florida and wants to sell the lot as she has no further
use for it.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by 011 properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this property and in this use district because the lots in thi s area are
irregular, some have more frontage on the water and less frontage on
the road than others
3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because all of these lots vary in size but are
similar to each other.
