in the rear yard, making it impossible to place the garage
further back.

REASON FOR APPEAL

1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANC E would produce practical djfficulties or unneces-
sary HARDSHIP because: The garage is placed as far back on the lot as is
possible due to the fact there is a cesspool and grease trap
located on the rear portion af'the lot in line'~itti the

proposed garage. There are also several large Oak trees in
the rear yard of this property.

2, Th~ hardship creoted is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties. olike in the immediate
vicinity of this property and in this use district because: This garage is to be located
75 fto from the front property line and cannot be placed
any further back due to the location of a cesspool and grease
trap.
3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because: The erection of this garage will be
in keeping with the residential character of the area. If
it were possible to place this garage 10 fto further back
a variance would not be sought.
