2. VARIANCE. By resolution of the Board it was determined that

After investigation and inspection the Board finds that
Mr. King wants to place a 4' x 6' sign on the property of Martin
NelsoA The Board finds that this sign will be beneficial to the
Traveling public, and give them assistance in directions.The sign
will read "Kings Greenport Bowling Lanes, Moore ' s Lane & Route 25".
The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and
justice will be served and the legally established or permitted
use of neighborhood property and adjoining use districts will not
be permanently or substantially injured and the spirit of the
ordinance will be observed.
Therefore, it was RESOLVED that Constantine King, 69 Further Lane,
Riverhead, New York, be granted permission to erect a directional
sign on property of Martin Nelson, south east corner of North Road,
and Moore's Lane, Greenport, New York, subject to the following
conditions:
1. The sign shall be placed 5 feet from any property line.
2. The sign shall be no larger than 4' x 6'

Inspector.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets or
areas, ond giving a detailed description of layout of propertymust be drawn an the diagram which is part of this application.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such
permit shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the progress of the work.
e. No building sholl be occupied or used in whole or in part far any purpose whatever until a Certificote of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.
