THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION NO. 2022-625 WAS
ADOPTED AT THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD ON
JULY 19, 2022:
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby accepts the proposals of L.K.
McLean Associates, P.C. dated July 7, 2022 and July 8, 2022 in the total amount of $13,125.00
for surveying work in support of drainage projects; and be it further
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby authorizes and directs
Supervisor Scott A. Russell to execute an Agreement between the Town of Southold and L.K.
McLean Associates, P.C. in the total amount of $13,125.00, subject to the approval of the Town
Attorney.
