THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION NO. 2022-668 WAS
ADOPTED AT THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD ON
AUGUST 9, 2022:
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby accepts the proposal of L.K.
McLean Associates, P.C. dated August 5, 2022 in the total amount of $9,850.00 for professional
services associated with the Sills Farm Demolition Project; and be it further
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby authorizes and directs
Supervisor Scott A. Russell to execute an Agreement between the Town of Southold and L.K.
McLean Associates, P.C. in the total amount of $9,850.00, subject to the approval of the Town
Attorney. Funds are available in account A.1440.4.500.400 (Engineering Services).
