This will be the 1'irst residence using this road. The. road is 5'01't wide and in good usable condition. 2. The hordship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by 011 properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in this use district because: The proposed dwelling will be the 1'irst residenee on this private road 3.
