road ott south side ot Sound View Ave and wish to erect a dwelling.

REASON FOR APPEAL

L STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces-
sary HARDSHIP because: This road is used by commercial enterprises 1'or
access to their sand and rill pits. This will be the 1'irst residence
using this road. The. road is 5'01't wide and in good usable condition.
2. The hordship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by 011 properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this property and in this use district because: The proposed dwelling will
be the 1'irst residenee on this private road
3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because: The commercial use is a non-conrorming
use, The dwelling will be the 1'irst or several similar residential
uses to be installed eventualy on this private road, and will tend
to upgrade the .area.
