THE SPECIALEXCEPTlON IS REQUESTED BECAUSE Reason One- I,irs. Pilko whose property my sign was originally on refused to renew my lease, and insted leased it to the Anchor Inn for their sign. In the past year a new ~ lane highway has been built in the Sound Ave. area making it neccessary to have two signs. One to be read <loming from the Wesit and one to be read coming from the East. Reason Three- Recommen~d Oustomers (New Business) unfamiliar with the area have no idea where to turn off and have to stop several places to ask directions.
